We had such a great time last year, we couldn’t resist bringing it back! Join your neighbors for a cozy pre-parade gathering before the St. Paul Winter Carnival Grand Day Parade. Warm up with tasty snacks, water and hot cocoa provided by RHA. Feel free to bring your own beverages if you’d like to add a little extra kick to your cocoa or enjoy something else.
Relax indoors or gather around the roaring outdoor fire as we come together to celebrate winter and community.
This event is FREE to attend, but registration is required by Thursday, January 21 so we can plan accordingly. When registering, please be sure to click the “Confirm” button to fully complete your registration and ensure you receive a confirmation email.
The gathering will wrap up at 1:30 PM, giving everyone plenty of time to bundle up and head to the parade at 2:00 PM. And no worries—you're welcome to attend the pre-party even if you’re not heading to the parade.
