WINTER CARNIVAL GRAND DAY PARADE - PRE-PARTY

Join us before the St. Paul Winter Carnival Grand Day Parade for a cozy gathering with neighbors! Enjoy tasty snacks, water, hot coffee and cocoa provided by RHA. If you would like to spice up your cocoa and coffee and/or want anything else to drink you're welcome to bring your own! Warm up inside or hang out by the roaring outdoor fire as we celebrate winter together.
FREE to attend but we need to know how many people are coming, so registration by Thursday, January 23!
The party will wrap up at 1:30 to allow people time to layer up and make their way to the parade at 2PM. Please note, you're welcome to attend the pre-party even if you don't plan on attending the parade!
