RHA Holiday Party
Thursday, December 12
5:30-9:00 PM
This beloved tradition returns again, only this time with a twist. If you are new to Ramsey Hill, here’s how it works:
You will be assigned a Host House/Course based on the first letter of your last name. If you are asked to bring a dish to either the first or second house, you will bring a savory appetizer to share. You can then progress to the second stop for more savory treats. If you are asked to bring a course to the third house, you'll bring a dessert, but drop it off at the home of Jason Patalonis between 5:15 and 5:30.
**New this year is the opportunity for us all to gather together for dessert and festive holiday music provided by pianist Dylan Borash.**
If your last name begins with A-H:
You will start and bring something savory to share to the home of Debra Hirsh at 403 Portland Avenue between 5:30-6:30
You can move to the second host house, the home of Stan Berger at 475 Portland between 6:30 and 7:30
Dessert course at the home of Kelly Clement and Steve Boucher at 266 Summit Avenue 7:30-9:00.
If your last name begins with I-P:
You will start and bring something savory to share to the home of Stan Berger at 475 Portland Avenue between 5:30-6:30.
You can move to the second host house, the home of Debra Hirsh at 403 Portland between 6:30 and 7:30
Dessert course at the home of Kelly Clement and Steve Boucher at 266 Summit Avenue 7:30-9:00.
If your last name begins with Q-Z:
You will bring dessert to share at the home of Kelly Clement and Steve Boucher at 266 Summit Avenue. Please drop drop off your dessert en route to your first stop between 5:15 and 5:30 to the home of Jason Patalonis at 506 Portland Avenue.
You can then start at either Debra’s or Stan’s house, your choice!
Dress code is typically Minnesotan- that means anything from velvet to buffalo plaid!
Please note, that evening is the first night of the Cathedral Christmas Market & Concert, so parking could get slightly limited near 266 Summit.
And lastly we are asking you to support 2 critical YWCA programs with a gift card donation.
Bring Cash, Visa, Target or Cub gift cards for the 50+ Single Head of Households in the YWCA’s Transitional Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing and Stride Program (young women who’ve aged out of foster care). The recipients use the cards to buy gifts for their family, food and needed repairs.
Based on space availability, this is limited to the first 75 people to RSVP, please register by Tuesday December 10th. We look forward to seeing you! And a BIG thank you to our three house hosts.
