Come one, come all to the Community Halloween Party, co-sponsored by RHA and Hallie Q. Brown Community Center. Children from toddlers to teens and their families can brave the haunted house, decorate cookies and pumpkins,meet super heroes and join in a variety of Halloween themed games.
